All Parties Meeting

FGN Power Company holds an “All Parties Meeting” on February 11, 2022, with the management/team lead for the Presidential Power Initiative workstreams.

Also, in attendance were AFC- Transaction Advisors for the PPI, FISAS, Andersen, Norton Rose Fulbright, and PPI implementation partners Siemens AG/Siemens Energy.

The goal of the meeting is to introduce the AFC counterparts and the team leads for each workstream, provide an overview of PPI and the status of the project implementation across the workstreams, provide an overview of the work approach based on already existing information, highlight early challenges in the coordination between work streams and discuss indicative timelines for the Implementation of Phase 1 of the PPI.
