In preparation for the successful implementation of the #PPIPhase1 projects, FGNPC and Siemens Energy commenced crucial feasibility studies, engineering designs, and site planning for the New Abeokuta Transmission Substation on the 9th of April 2025.

This initiative aims to significantly improve electricity supply to industries in Abeokuta and along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway and its environs.
