The Honorable Minister of Power, Engr.Abubakar D. Aliyu accompanied by the MD/CEO, of FGN Power Company, Mr. Kenny Anuwe, inspecting the ongoing installation of the PPI’s 60 MVA 132/33 kV Power Transformer at Apo, Transmission Substation, Abuja under phase 1 of the Presidential Power Initiative.

The PPI’s 60 MVA 132/33kV at the Apo Transmission Substation will replace a 45 MVA 132/33 kV transformer that is no longer in service. The replacement will ensure a steady and dependable supply at the transmission level to approximately 5,000 households and businesses.
