He is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience across financial services, government, and business development. His expertise spans internal control, compliance, audit, investment analysis, and general accounting practice.

An alumnus of Lead City University, Ibadan, Olabiyi holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Economics and an M.Sc. in Accounting. He also pursued further studies, obtaining an MBA and an M.Sc. in Energy Studies (Oil and Gas Economics) from renowned universities. Olabiyi has held key roles in prestigious firms and served as Managing Director/CEO of Kobitel Nigeria Limited. He was the Managing Partner of Kola Olabiyi & Co (Chartered Accountants). In addition to his corporate achievements, Olabiyi has held key roles in prestigious firms and served as the Managing Director/CEO of Kobitel Nigeria Limited. He was also the Managing Partner of Kola Olabiyi & Co (Chartered Accountants). Additionally, he has served as a Member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing Oyo State, where he actively contributed to various committees including finance and agriculture amongst others. Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, Olabiyi continues to pursue knowledge, currently undertaking a PhD at the Department of Accounting, Lead City University, Ibadan. He is also dedicated to professional development, participating in numerous local and international trainings and conferences.
